I wanted to give them a zero star rating with his review.nIn this COVID times where everyone is concerned about hygiene and cleanliness so much, today I had a terrible experience with them. In my 8 years of involvement in Dominos, this was quite a novel one. First sending a wrong order, it happens, but with the replacement the delivery guy behaved so odd that left me shocked and disgusted. He opened the parcel then and there and showed me that look your order is fine this time, irony is he didn't even use disposable gloves. I was literally speechless. After talking to manager of the store, I realised that he is not justifying his post either. He told me that this is the way we verify the order to the customer. I was like, is this really the manager of Domino's or a backyard sandwich cart.nSorry Domino's you've failed me.
