Spent a weekend at this lovely property. It is relatively a newer resort of Club Mahindra and like their other properties, this one too offered quite a stay! The staff is hospitable and welcoming, we enjoyed our meals and our weekend stay a lot here.

Jaipur resort , property is not good , leaking taps , pigeons every where , more cleanliness required. At reception no one picks up phone .. Specially Sunita . Also the travel desk people miss guide , for example , they include sites which are closed in their itinerary and charge for full . And for sites which are closed they don't show other places.

This Club Mahindra Jaipur property has very good Ambience & Hospitality but POOR Hygiene & cleanliness there are a lot of Improvement Areas.nnThe food was not that great.nnThe thing I consider most important is Hygiene which is totally lacking here.nn1. The toilet seats are stained.nnThey gave me a different room on request with a better view but if the toilet stinks will the ambience or better view from window suffice?nn2. The staff here removed dirt from a water glass with his bare fingers and served it to a guest in the restaurant.nn3.A butler instead of using a napkin or tissue wiped a cup with his bare hands before serving coffee/tea to guests.nn4. The floor doesn’t seem is wiped/moped properly before handing over to new guest as I could see the faint step marks on it.nnI have given my feedback accordingly on the feedback form of the Hotel as well. I could not recommend this Club Mahindra property to anybody.
