Dindigul Thalappakatti Restaurant

Its very horrible..Very Worst customer service waiting for almost 1.30hrs for a parcel.. I didn't expect this from a reputed restaurant.. They are reducing their reputation and gaining customers anger.. This is not the right way for a big brand restaurant.. I will never go to this restaurant again.. And I will advise others to do the same.. Even small restaurants are giving their best towards customer serive.. But thalapakatti is treating their customers like slaves or beggers waiting for food..

the worst customer service all over erode. i bought parotta as parcel and when i reached home the gravy was missing.when i called them they are saying that they forget to place the gravy in a very cool manner. very very bad customer service

Tasted Chicken briyani and Mutton chukka. Food was good but the place is heavily crowded. There is a wait for 45 mins to get a table. And I would say the service is poor.

When I gone inside the shop the table was empty I sat in the table after 15 min there a man came near table I asked what u have they said to scan in app I take more time to understood to choose again after 30 min man came and noted the order food came fast and tast good food the service wass soo poor

Very nice place for tasty food. Please consider the safety profile because of the current situation
