SUMATHY HOSPITAL

I've been here for administering covid vaccine for my dad and mom recently. They don't have a separate ward for covid vaccine. The vaccine is administered in casualty ward which has a huge crowd. My senior citizen parents were unnecessarily made to wait for more than two and half hours outside heavily crowded casualty ward. It was a completely frustrating experience. Please don't go here for covid vaccine.

This hospital doctors killed my dad without knowledge and caring. Don’t go to this hospital, very worst service.

Very very very worst hospital I have seen in my life do far .nnThey are mainly concentrate on plucking the huge money from people's and patients.nOf course some of the corporate hospitals are charging high but the quality of treatment and services offered by them tends to people's go their.nBut sumathy hospital only robbing from people's not giving atleast 50% treatment and service which we are paying .nnNo good treatment , no good service , always huge crowd in pharmacy very bad slow work .nnThey will concentrate only on patients coming for admission since they will rob lakhs of money from them. That too till admission only. Once admitted no care .nnNo duty doctors in this hospital , we always wait for complete one day to get your turn.nSame doctor doing consulation, ultrasound scan , lab results checking , surgery, in patients visit , out patient consulation, even the thread removing after a couple's of days from surgery.nnIncompotent nursing , poor lab sevice etc...nnIf zero star rating was there I would have given that .nnTotally waste and very bad service.nnI request people's not to go there for any kind of treatment and spend your money and time reasonably.nnSumathy hospital to improve bellows points.nn1.Appoint duty doctorn2.Appoint sonologistn3.Improve faster service in front officen4.Provide sufficient competent man power is pharmacyn5.Reduce the fees, ultrasound charges, lab charges , operation charges etc..n6.Dont ask people's to go for ultrasound lab test when it is not necessary.n7.Save people's money by this ways they will automatically believe you and come to you generation by generation.n8.ask patients queries carefully and answer politely.n9.dont think to rob the money from people'sn10.Should have some service perspective also apart from business.nnIf sumathy hospital still maintain same poor service, next generation will not come to you surely .

I have consulted Dr.Mary Punitha for irregular periods. She wasn't intersted in patient history. She didnt let me to speak. She didnt ask my life style, food habits, work nature. She simply asked me to do some tests. She didn't seem to be interactive. Totally I had 3mintues of consultation, she diagnosed that Im having PCOS. She didnt explained what the condition is, how should I handle this, how the treatment protocal is going to be. She simply prescribed the medicines. Its more like fast-fast manner. I was unaware of what is going on. She didn't seem to be professional. In prescription sheet it says she has completed MS-GENERAL SURGEON, BUT SHE IS DOING GYNAECOLOGICAL CONSULTATIONS. so, think twice before you go there. My suggestion, Villupuram city doesn't have any professional and specialty doctors. Better can go to Pondicherry.
