Good service

This is the fourth time they are telling me that I don't own a membership card, though I have one. When I inquired about why does not my membership details show up in their portal, they come up with trivial reasons like I got my id at chennai which is not applicable in villupuram or their internet connectivity is poor or my phone number is not linked to the membership account which atlast they end up blaming me. They even charged me with non membership charge for the service twice. I am really disappointed with the way they treat customers.

The place is clean and tidy, but the female beauticians are not up to mark, I have done keratin and haircut, very next day due to some event I flew to Ireland, after keratin I did my first hair wash, I'm completely shocked after seeing my hair, they spoiled my hair, even the hair cut also they spoiled.nI try to reach the manager and mailed them my issue, they don't even care, further for the proof I have attached my hair pics, still, they didn't care and no responses yet, extremely poor professionalismnnMy hair was above the waist level now I cut short above the shoulder. It's too painful what I have gone through. it's all because of their negligence n poor service.nSo ladies,please don't trust the green trends for hair treatment, straightening or smoothing. the girls in parlour are merely started to learn I feel, that's y they spoiled my hair.nnThanks
