Very poor client service from the course counsellor- Mrs. Swapna Prem. She is very rude and lacks the basic communication etiquettes that an employee in a reputable langauge institute should possess. Most of the time, she doesn't answer the calls and even if she does, her reply is unsatisfactory. She is unaware of the course details and other know-how which a counsellor should be generally aware of. When any details or queries are put forward, she simply asks us to get the information from the website, instead of providing a clarification.nnThe Goethe team must definitely look into this issue as it brings down the quality of the institute.nnWhen it comes to langauge training, the coaching is commendable. No complaints in that regard.

She is an expert in her subject matter.nTeaching is her passion and her interest and it was self-evident during the classes.nEven though the course was online (virtual), we never felt any teaching or understanding related difficulty during the class.nIn fact she made the language learning a fun filled activity by revising the core concepts by online kahoot games, animations, cartoons etc.nnHer teaching style is flawless & her pronunciation is perfect (being a foreign language, it was very helpful for us to learn the pronunciation from her).nShe is very cooperative and extremely down to earth human being (as she never got disappointed by our mistakes).nAt the end of our A2 course, all students (who were there until end of the course) were speaking the language with confidence.nAt start of course, most of us students were unable to speak even few lines.nWe students have committed same mistakes again and again during the start, but she gently corrected us every time.nShe created such a relaxed environment that we students were not afraid of committing mistakes and started speaking and writing with confidence.nWhenever we had any query, she was always there to help us.nTeacher, we all of your students are grateful to you. All praise belongs to GOD! I called them, they replied me appropriately. I called for A1 Exam schedules of my children. They dealt me in a Professional way, with Kindness and affection.
