Pregnancy care is very good here. Renuka Devi madam is a caring and professional doctor. They call us before a week for confirming appointment for scans. Waiting time for scan is reasonable. Canteen is crowded but the quality of food is good. Costs are on the higher side. Parking lot is on the far side and they could arrange a shuttle service to and from there to hospital.

Quality of treatment is worth the money we pay ...nMaster health check up takes 7hours to complete ...nCanteen food is average...nDiagnosis of doctors and lab is good ...nLocated just near NH so that it is easily accessible.nParking of hospital is congested ..nIt takes time for out patients when they reach without appointment after 11am ..nCorona awareness is less among the public ..nOverall experience of visiting hospital was fine ..

Doctor and Staff Service is great when it comes to Pregnancy which I can tell as my wife was treated here, Not sure about the rest of Service provided by the Hospital. Cost wise (4/5) ud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1fud83cudf1f. Parking is not organized, So you might have a little difficulty there during peak hours. Facilities: Food is provided by internal facilities, Canteen is also available, ATM, Insurance desk etc. Hope this might help get a little bit of knowledge to understand the rating.

Wonderful appearance in terms of building but service in degrading like anything...nHad very bad experience twice in my lifetime in cleanliness and hygienenIn maternity ward post delivery we stayed 2 days and for god sake they did not even cleaned once during the stay and I escalated and a big team visited and gave lots of explanation why people missed to clean but during that time also no one cleaned the room with infant and mom stayed.

Admitted my brother in this hospital, the experience was really not so good.nnThey have shifted patient between rooms during midnight 1 amnnThe food provided for patients were too much spicy.nnThe security man-hadles people and will not sanitize their hands while checking baggages. They contribute more on spreading covid.nnNot even a pillow provided either for patient / attender.nnNone of the television remote work, they charge 1900 for a room. The cupboards were with coackroaches. The mirrors in bathroom are totally faded. A proper pest control will help.nnThey do not change the bed sheet on a daily basis.nnThough a mask worn by the nurse from day to night. They bill for mask from each patient. Even if they go on for dressing.nnHave passed the above feedback to hospital as well, no response so far.nnAlso somebody stole my helmet from the hospital parkingnnThere a lots of room to improve interms of Infrastructure and nursing.nnAt least doctors were good.
