Eseva person sitting in front is rude and doesn't understand people's situations. He has got too much of attitude and thinks people who comes to him can be treated like the way we want. I strongly don't recommend this bank.

Very very worst experience in this bank.They putted an insurance without asking me and took amount from my bank account,I requested for refund,wrote a letter for refund more than a month ago still no response,I visited more than two times for this they just saying under process wouldn't expect this type of activity, carelessness from this bank,very worst experience ever STATE BANK OF INDIA

The staff are very slow they are not taking care of customer queries,very slow and bad service

Worst experience... people won't be available during the working timings itself. Went for aadhar updates for 2 to 3 days
