Disappointed with response from the store manager. Visited twice to purchase Chromebook with i3 process/4GB RAM, 1st time I was given a quote of 38k but was ask to come back after a week as no stocks were available. Later when visited after a week on 31st March, the price quoted was 45K for the same model with no clarification on price difference. Also, the store manager discourage from buying chrome books by asking pre-booking amount with no documentation to place an order from warehouse. Raised an official complaint with HP meanwhile.
