I was quite shocked with the staff quality at the store in Jubilee, and lack of accountability! I’ve been a regular with their outlet in Kolkata, but was made to run around for a single purchase, which they had assured me would be ready in a day after alteration, when they didn’t have it available in my size. They were quite persuasive and charming before the payment had been made, but had to be chased down after multiple phone calls and visits for getting my order ready. Kind of expected a lot better from a store like this!
