good showroom for designer wears. descent and very polite staff. limited options to choose very High price. I don't understand why they focus too much on high price/ premium clothing. in this e-commerce era I think these showrooms are losing their glory. please focus on variation and price options

Poor service. we went two days before returning to US. and purchased 25 sets. they packed for us. when we came home we realized they didnt pack complete sets! half were missing bottom pants and half were missing chunni! and some sets were not even packed! for spending over 6500 in USD we expected better service and they know we wont go back for couple of years. It would have been cheaper and more reliable service to just purchase in Indian stores in new jersey! at least they have more honest business practice and gotten full sets. at the end only 10 sets were complete! so we ended up paying 3 times more! these guys need to get their act together
