Be careful with Royal Oak. We have been harassed by the staff in the store and customer service does not even know the status of the order. They simply rob your money. Stay away from this store and save your hard earned money.nDon't get fooled by the online products. Once you pay the amount, they don't care anymore.

Hi everyone.. Royaloak is a fraud company. I ordered my chair online with order ID ROY0077029. Seriously it's been a month, no response from anyone. Worst customer service, no one Will respond on mails, what's app chat nor calls. I request all my dear friends, please avoid purchasing of any product here. I don't want you all to feel this harassment. Royaloak Management is worst

Royaloak Furniture Online SalesnnPlease avoid buying any furniture from Royaloak. They had delivered open box furniture and when the installation person opened them they all were used pieces packed into one box. Installation person asked for replacement on his service slip and since more than a month I am following up with their customer service by emails and phone calls and no one had responded on this issue. This is the worst place to buy anything and beware of their fraudulent practices of selling used furniture and very poor customer service. They don’t even have a cancellation and refund policy. Don’t fall prey for their attractive discounts and stay away from trouble.nnI had sent many emails to their customer service and they are forwarded to their Hyderabad team but no one responds.
