Nice ambience but the quality of food is not up to the mark. The quality of naan(which is extremely overpriced) is pathetic, you get better naan in other restaurants that too at the price of 10% of what I paid for it in pavilion. The staff is not sure what they are doing, specially during buffet. No proper communication among themselves. Overall bad experience.

Went for ala carte. Limited food options. Ordered veg Jalfrezi. It was salty and not upto mark. Ambience was ok. After reading lots of review, we zeroed on this restaurant. Pretty disappointed.

Noooooot a good place to have food at all.. not sure why so many people rated good and seeing which we also went there. First there were just 2 starters in veg and such a local and tasteless menu of main course. Service is pathetic..neither the waiter comes to pick used plates nor he brought roti on time. I had to 5 times ask him and after waiting for 15mints the rotis came. Dessert too much of showoff but none tastes good. Over amd above the charge...people trust me there are lot of fine restaurants that will serve u good food in less money..i realised that today

Had buffet with family on 22 Nov here. We felt it is the best 5 star buffet in Hyderabad. We have been to Westin, Park Hyatt, Novotel but ITC Kohinoor had the best food followed by Westin.

had dinner buffet, the place is horrible. took 3 phone calls to book a place in first place. buffet was poor to say the least. spread was minimalistic. food was stone cold and over cooked. the temperature of desserts and food was same. desserts were the only saving grace. Its much ado about nothing. can definitely give it a miss.
