The palace is beautiful. The tour guides however aren't equally good every time.nThe food is not great and definitely not worth the money (I know it's a 5 star property, not my first time at one). The quantity we got for chocolate ice-cream was a joke. Very dissappointed by the food.nGo to see the beauty of the palace but eat at their Indian/ Mughlai restaurant Adaa (Which isn;t great either but a lot better than Celeste) at the Falaknuma Palace.

he Royal Experience!nWe went here for our anniversary dinner. You reach at the palace and they take you for a heritage trail in which they show you the palace and tell you the important information about the Nizams.nThen after the tour, you proceed for the restaurant.nOurs was European cuisine and I just loved the entire experience. They take care of you so well that you kind of feel at home and their hospitality is stupendous. The food is good.nnWe had ordered for drinks. Bruschetta, pasta and Pizza.

The overall experience of the evening including the palace tour and dining at Celeste is great, but few things here and there make it a less-than 5 star worthy.nnFirst, it took multiple phone calls to make a reservation and even after noting down your phone number as well as email ID, they don’t really send you a confirmation of the same.nnWe were there for our anniversary but the service staff in the dining room didn’t greet us for the same till the very end when they brought us the cake.nnTheir billing system had some issues and it tool them a long time to get our check as well as process the same later.nnTheir website mentions a discount price for Monday-Thursday but they eventually charge the higher price for all days.
