Previously they used to provide discounts. Yesterday late night they didn't provide a single rupee discount. I am a regular customer. I was not there to get discount, I was there for emergency. But these people are taking advantage of customer. Now a days a small medical shops provides a minimum 10% discount. In Apollo pharmacy we need to beg them to get discount. Not expected this kind of service.

Apollo pharmacy Hydershakote branch staff are irresponsible. I requested for a home delivery of forehead infrared thermometer for my one month old baby. With great interest they gave. Wen I checked,it wasn't working properly,so I called up to them asking to check,they said they will come.nIt's almost three days I have been calling to them and there is no response. I couldn't go as I have health issue. Iam so unhappy with the way they treat customers,even they were criticizing. They are concerned only in giving their items but not in resolving the problems related to their products. Hope u look up to the betterment of ur services. Do the needful as soon as possible.nnIt's Apollo Hydershakote. After my post they came next day and checked it's condition, explained and wen not satisfied took it back. Later refunded the amount. That was a good response. Thank you.

Worst store ....no use majority of the medicine which is emergency is not available here and they only promote and sell their Apollo related drinks,products......ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20
