I have had the best laundry experience at clothesline. The clothes delivered at my house after wash are as good as new every time. They take care of the smallest detail about the fabric. I don't need to worry about my dirty clothes anymore or about the laundry pickups or about inquiring for the clothes to be delivered on time. Clothesline is trustworthy, affordable and customer friendly. Simply the best in industry.

Update on my order:nReceived a call from the higher management/owner of the company and took care of my concerns within an hour. Thanks for taking care of it personally.nnLooks like they had some delays due to increased orders for the festive season and they are working to address those issues.nnThe most i like about this company has been trying to take the feedback and improve on the services.. way to go.nnI am 100% satisfied with the cleaning services... no complaints on that front.nnOriginal:nIf you are ready to patiently wait until they return your clothes this is OK.. otherwise don't count on the date they promise to deliver.nnFirst time i had a pickup request they took 3 days to show up.nnSecond time for the pickup i had to call them for five times and every-time they say they are 15 min away for a pickup(no transparency).nnThe website claims less than 48 hours with an * for delivery but they actually give 3-4 days as delivery date on the receipt even if it is urgent.nnThey are not prompt and you have to follow up regularly unless you don't really care when you want it back. They come up with all the excuses like staff not available, machine breakdown etc.nnI am very happy with the cleaning services but it doesn't really help if you have to followup several times and if it doesn't arrive on-time.
