One of the most professional gyms in Hyderabad. I've been the member of FS fitness since an year now. Trainers here are quite professional and friendly. My trainer Sheema takes up group sessions daily with many variations. Her professional training helps to build a quite healthy routine.

Very well equipped with nice ambience, friendly staff, so welcoming atmosphere.nTrainer Sheema is a well professional lady to rely so much. More than fitness she made me understand what is fitness and how to indulge it in my routine. The way she trains about equipment and fitness goals are simply Super. Sheema mam is the best trainer she does all her work up to the mark she is the best trainer I personally love her work as she takes the classes very well help me doing all the workouts all the machines she show how to use equipment.she will show us how many time we ask her she is the best i personally love working out with her And i love her work she is d best

Sheema mam is an excellent trainer .nShe teaches every exercise with lot of energy and enthusiasm those who want to loose weight this is a right place for them and ambience of this gym is excellent.
