Fwd after sales service is worst. I have purchased one sofa which is exactly 2years old. The right side of the sofa suddenly broke down from its leg and arm rest. After reaching out to them in theie Nagole branch they send a technician after 2days. Now they are telling 2000 rs is requires to repair it. Where as in their website it is written 5yrs warranty on structute of sofa. But they are arguing that arms & legs are not the structure. I am not sure what is the actual structure of sofa is then? Are the cushions supposed to be in hanging condition if these are not the structures? These are clearly cheating or avoiding attitudes.nnSo please be careful before purchasing any itrm from fwd and be careful abt its parts under warranty. Which is structure,which is head,leg,arm etc as nothing is mentioned in their bill also.nnVery disappointing service
