Wrong medicines are delivered. This store manager doesn't respond to customer care folks. they simply tell us they escalated to store manager and didn't receive response. I waited for store to respond for more than ten days still no response.
Worst Medplus shop
Worst medplus shop ever because I took priscribtion for tablets but after coming home and checked they really cheated me by giving different tablet for Citrazen as Citrazen costs around Rs.23 so they skipped this and replaced this with a other one Monotovent-LC which costs Rs.130 to earn more. When I called the service center they say that it's my mistake for not checking at the store then I said if I know the drug I would have checked what if an illiterate comes here? How could they discover what is what? So please don't visit Medplus if visited please cross check your priscribtion and medicine given to you. No more Medplus because I felt like Med= Medicine Plus= adding additional drug which gives profit to store.
Some medicines was not available
B careful they are selling expired medicine and items also. One observed one guy arguing that his kid was impacted because of purchasing expired medicine. Sellers are not listening to him and showing their attitude.
