I had a very bad experience during covid times. I was at the store 2 days ago in the lingerie and night wear section. I was trying a cloth which had a magnet detector kind of a thing attached to the cloth which was loose and so sharp. Due to which i got hurt on the finger. It was bleeding, just imagine the risk of infection during these days. I asked them for cotton or bandaids, women standing in front of the changing room asked me to go and get the first aid from first floor. I said are you serious will I go and get first aid? Then they said no no we will go and get it. After using the cotton they asked me throw it just around the corner as there were no dustbins in that area. Overall very bad customer service. Hope no one else has to experience this again.

I wish they could have a return policy otherwise the place is good to shop

Worst place to buy clothes not authentic clothes I bought 2 denims from life style in pepe jeans they sold me completely copied denims of rs 200-300 in 4000-4000 there's no option for zero otherwise I"ll definitely rate zero out of five never ever choose dlf lifestyle noida for clothing better go & buy clothes from road or palika Material is same, Because they just put tag in same clothes.
