I went today to central @mohali and selected 4 park avenue shirts as they said buy 2 get 2 free but the system said they were fresh .. they advertise something and when u take it .. it comes out to be something else.. and their on duty manager mr rajiv kumar was very rude and aggressive inspite of their mistake.. i would rate them -10 .. shop @lifetsyle instead of central atleast they advertise what they sell and are polite

Very bad experience at central mall I have purchased a cargo trouser from central Gurgaon. But unfortunately i have to return it due to size factor. But CSD at central mohali has refused for either exchange or making credit not. They told that they didn't have the same brand which i have purchased. So will not exchange it. Nor will provide credit not. People who want buy any product from central mall from anywhere in india should aware of following facts. So policy of central mall-1. people who purchase any product from central mall make sure that if they want to exchange product they can do from that mall in their city only not in other city of India. 2. They should have bill of that and this is valid up to one month only. And if they provide credit note it will be valid up to 1 month only In Other shopping mall like shoppers stop people can exchange from any city of India, exchange credit not is valid up to 6 months.

Pathetic experience at #central Kharar, Mohali Staffs were not understanding. They just try.to cheat and loot our hard earned money. As per store offer upon shopping of 10,000, a branded trolley bag ( American Tourister) was supposed to be given for free. Now after long wait of almost 25 days post shopping, Central is giving an ugly looking trolley, even though they are claiming it to be Branded but there is no comparison with American tourister bag which was initially given. This is a new way of harassing and fooling customers !! Dear #Central, Pls don’t spoil your brand name with these cheap tricks & gimmicks. You will loose your loyal customers in this process.
