I had a bad experience with this store Purchased a jeans around 3K and it's got torned in first use and the store persons are declining for replacement even there is 30 days policy for manufacturing defects. Also staffs are not co-operative

The quality of every product ,every brand is just superb. The staff members are very genuine and helpful. My experience at iconic Store is amazing ,specially with the relationship manager of iconic, who is a brilliant lady.

It is multi brand store of clothes and accessories but the brand in this store are very expensive in compared to thier quality and the most worst thing of this store is thier staff and thier rude behaviour The store cheat on me of 1500 rupees by making twice payment from. My bank account without notify me This is really intolerable and 420 staff of the store

Kindly refrain from keeping the stock of clothes which are not on Discount under '60%' Discount Section. I picked 4 Jeans from the Sale Discount Section, and after spending 10-12mins trying them all, I decided to buy one of them. At billing counter I was asked to pay the actual price Rs.3,099/- whereas I was expecting the bill to be of Rs.1,350/- of course I didn't buy. But this was a terrible Experience. There was no apology by the billing staff, or any regret. He asked me to pick any other jeans. This was my first time in Iconic & definitely it's the last one.

Excellent collection. Ambiance is good interior are different from a normal store. Even trial rooms are different and area is desiner. Los of sitting place which we miss in a shoping stote, specially when wife is shopping and husband is waiting. Collection range is good.. variety of brands... overall a wonderful place.
