Got a new bike Btwin ROCK RIDER ST20 today from Decathlon Faridabad. I must say the staff is very polite and friendly. It's the best place to shop for sports goods with reasonable price and great quality!!

One of the worst experiences i had off all the Decathlon I have ever been. None of the salesmen cares to attend the customer and answer there queries. Billing was smooth though. Fairly stocked with goods. Can visit this store to buy general products however if you are seeking some advise to make decisions than this is not the right store. I went there to buy a bicycle and cricket kit and I am highly disappointed!

Very safe! Hygiene and sanitation at its best. Staff is really helpful and informative. All payment options work here. Quality of product is also good.
