I absolutely love this area. Today I rode my fat tire bike up and back on both sides of the river. The east trail was like a road and I went back and forth a few times. Great fun with the speed, hills and curves in road. The trails turn to strictly hiking after several miles of riding. I recommend every get off your a** and adventure outdoors.

Great scenario to spend a day or two. Trials and lot of camping sites. Some panoramic points get crowded soon so start early in the morning is a good idea.

Rattlesnake Mountain is one of our favourite family hikes! Just enough challenge and distance to keep the whole crew happy. The true reward is at the top... that view! Gorgeous! Plenty of room and angles for all to enjoy the breathtaking trail top. Get out there!

Been going there for many years. But unfortunately not going anymore due to the traffic jams and out of state ignorant people. Pulled over to a view point people flying drones just over my head and playing there music loud. Tailgaters i could go on. Trash everywhere. Its turned into a amusement park.
