It's been a long time since I've been to a place that feels like home. The folks at Indian Mound Fish Camp are down to earth folks who take the time to make you feel at home and comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone that wants access to the water and spectacular Florida Fishing. This is what I remember Florida being like. I highly recommend this campground!

Great spot to get away for a weekend. The view is great and the kids had fun fishing off the pier. This place is clean and well taken care of. Moreover, the staff is super friendly.

We stayed at Indian Mounds for six months. This place is like paradise. Dolphins and manatee all over the place. After a few months I figured out how to catch snook, trout, Spanish Mackerel, and many other species from the dock. Great place to kayak and catch reds. Neil, Kelly, and Jamie (thank you) are the best. They will help you with everything and anything. The other campers are amazing as well. We made so many friends. We had a great stay at IMFC- 3 nights in campsite 16. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and the facilities are clean and well-kept. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The convenience store is well-stocked. Other than fishing there’s not a whole lot to do in the immediate area so having a car available besides your RV would be great if you were there for a longer time. The waters in that area are quite shallow so perfect for kayaks and shallow draft boats. Right across from the fish camp you can cut through the mangroves and access the back islands. Great for getting out of the boat traffic and winds. I highly recommend IMFC and we will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were short timers, 4 nights, between two long timers, 6+ months. All of our neighbors were great! Kelly and her husband along with a couple other gals are so nice and helpful! We had no problem getting the boat in. Loved waking up in the morning and watching the dolphins! We even had a manatee come right up and eat the greens. Fishing on the dock was great and we even got some crabs in our trap.nClean bathrooms! Great store/bait shop/tiki bar combo on site.nLoved it!!
