Very rude and illogical behaviour of challan department.... There should be separate counter for those who pay online for challan. And Gurgaon traffic police is one of the worst police department in India

Mr Akil is a gentleman and been so helpful and assuring. His kindest gesture has left me astounded. He went an extra mile to provide me all the help. I encourage all women in distress because of police not helping to let the commissioner look into the matter. I believe from 10 am to 2pm and 4 pm to 7pm, he is available at his office at Rajiv chowk. Good luck

No knowledge to anybody there,rude behaviour. Even receptionist is full of LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

Police server always down at the time of challan payment. When they issue challan, all severs work. They don't know any other excuse. Always says server is down and don't know when will it work. Police should understand NIC is an IT company and their server do not down frequently. They says they are also sitting. But make them understand, they are sitting in office whereas public has left their work to come here. It seems they just want to harass people. Challan se 10 times toh aane jaane ka kharcha ho gaya. Seems very illiterate after having good education. Commissioner should look personally what their staff do but he is willing to do.
