WORST SERVICE, CHEATERS !nI am sharing my experience with you so that you can take lesson from this and save your moneyn1) I had booked my house hold goods by Sri Ganesh Transport, Pithoragarh on 15 March 2021 handed over to them on same day.n2) Sri Ganesh Transport hand over my house hold items to this GULATI TRANSPORT on 16 march 2021 and send me Mr. Gulati's mob number for further enquiries.n3) After one week I called Mr. Gulati and asked for my items, He said your items reached to Indore it will be deliever to you within 3-4 days.n4) After 4-5 days when I called him he did not pick up my call for 4 days and picked up after that and said your items are at Indore and you will receive that when reach to you. I also asked for docket no and other details, he refused to share.n5) I keep calling him every day for a week he did not picked up call. When picked up said that your truck reached maharashtra border and COVID checking in progress and keep saying for a week.n4) I received my items on 13 April 2021 by SPOTON logistics in a pathetic condition.When I enquired Mr. Gulati he was not picking up call when I keep calling picked up and said my staff Mr. Sharad will call who never called me till date. I enquire about booking date of my items was 06 April and reached Nashik Maharashtra on 10 April but Mr. Gulati told me on 23 Mar that your items reached Indore. This Gulati also booked my items only upto Nashik city even though I given the address of Deolali Camp 20Km away and cost value of booking was only 8500 Rs only and Sri Ganesh Transport taken from me 25500/-nThey all are cheaters and make others fool. They can do anything for money cheaters cheater Gulati cheater.

The services provided by Gulati Packers and movers was very good, and the staff is very responsive. Overall a great experience.

Have utilised their services twice.my car windshield got a crack during transportation.gulati packers and movers took full responsibility and got the windshield changed without charging me a single penny.
