I was living in a myth that the rotten public sector system will change once the new generation takes over. I am saddened to inform you all the new generation has inherited the old rotten system very well. Don't expect more from them. To begin with, I wanted to update the Aadhar card. At the entrance of the bank they have flipped the "aadhar seva board" so that it is not visible to others. I then moved in greeted two young ladies in their late twenties. As usual pathetic response. Asked them about my updation query and you guessed the response right. "Server nahi chal raha hai. Update ho ra ha hai or hum nahi jante kb chalega". These are the people getting salaries from our taxes and this is how they return the favor. PATHETIC!
