Rooms and toilets are spacious. Toilets, though, need to be thoroughly cleaned and fixtures changed. TV does not work.nThe door lock needs manhandling. Staff is helpful. The rooms are on the 3rd floor. There is a lift. And Bareilly has a big mosquito nuisance.

Very Nice place with Good Rooms having all facilities including TV, AC and Proper Beds with Complete Sanitization.Staff was also good, the only negative point was Bathroom was not so clean and have bad smell.

The rooms were okay and spacious, the room service was good but the television was not working, the mattress was not cleaned, the toilet seat was dirty, there was a single blanket that was not even covering my toes. I am not sure if I will ever visit that hotel again.

The location of the hotel is nice and the rooms are big but the maintenance is really poor. The rooms were not clean, the water supply was really dirty and the customer service was not upto the mark.

When I visited at the hotel There is a lot of mosqutos...inside the rooms..but over all everage hotel...ac is available but not working...it's good for winter season...staff behavior is fine ....and complementary breakfast...was good Delicious..food....
