Never purchase a tvs vehiclennTheir mechanics are so great they can’t even open a screw. Don’t have any parts and they say pls come after a week.nnThanks for your 5 star services and fooling us. Will never buy any tvs product

Don't go for purchase TVS two wheelers in this showroom. Nobody takes responsibility of his own work. Totally irresponsible staff. Sales girls don't even know what responsibility means. I bought a TVS Jupiter ZX from this showroom. They took 4+ hours to ready the vehicle. And after that they didn't fit the ladies foot rest, didn't even fill the correct air pressure in the tyres. They didn't give the first free service. The service manager Mr. Pankaj is an arrogant, rude person. The worst thing about this showroom is that they won't service your vehicle in front of the customer. When vehicle is inside the service center, it is customer's concern, either he wants to go somewhere else or he may stand on the road outside the showroom for the entire service duration. It feels really insulting. They don't even keep the ready stock of many spare parts of the most purchased vehicles like Jupiter, XL, Apache.
