Patna to delhi took around 28 hours,nBus takes multiple stops, around 15 stops,nWorst journey experience,nFirst they tell u to drop off within 15 hours and then they strech it for 28 hours saying bus has a virus.nFraud bus service,nPlz be aware before booking your seats

This was the first time I booked Rajdhani bus sewa and I am terribly disappointed with their attitude. First of all 3 hrs before the bus start time I was informed that they cancelled my bus. Moreover they can accommodate me in another bus but at the second last seat and completely different pickup point far from the first one. Taking the money back was not an option as I had to go. Attitude of person talking was full of arrogance rather than being apologetic. The bus and amenities was no different than any other. I have to ask for water. My sleeper seat closing door was broken.
