Had a mixed experience. Persons present at the counter were good & logical while the online management caused a headache.nIf you need forex in Kanpur. Do directly to Thomos cook office. Do not rely on their website.

Travelled to israel two months ago...got some dollars rate was rs75 per dollar ..upto rs 55000 exchange they take cash and above they take cheque..process is very fast and carry aadhar card, pan card ,visa( if you have it) and airline tickets is necessary...and if you are left with foreign currency they exchange it back to rupees as well.....NOTE that currency exchange is done on daily rates...
