One of the worst experience I had ever faced. Few of my friends including me bought a few pair shoes, when asked for bill they said currently system is not in operation, will send you by WhatsApp. Later we asked for same they spoken in very rude manner, somehow we managed to get bill. Then my shoes was torn within its warranty period and I claimed for it just before lockdown. Due to COVID-19 there was shutdown of institute (IIT Kanpur), just before I can collect my shoes. After 8 month when I was back I lost my claim slip. Then I spoken to concerned authority and told the problem by saying although I lost my slip, but I have everything like transaction detail, claim slip no. etc. Then they said Sir you can collect yours shoes after showing your ID proof. But when I went to collect the shoes and showed the ID( initially they asked). They said Sir its against our policy, we have settled the claim, someone has already taken etc so many thing, these and that and completely refuse to give shoes. I know I will get thst slip and claim for same. But to me it was a horrible experience I never came across in my life. I would love to give negetive rating if i could. In the end, strongly recommend not to buy anything from asics kanpur store. Thanks
