.i Deposit a part payment in my loan a/c no. PPR020403517814 ON 29 June 2020 ..part payment of 80,000, but part payment of 80000 is not reduce from my loan outstanding balance. I follow the bank regularly for 3 to 4 months..but my bank were not corporate properly.. I complaint in bank regarding this issue...they raised a complaint on 29 August 2020..complaint no is 781855. But after that my payment was not sattel ( which is 80000). Again I complaint about this banking staff..bank manager and also customer care ..again and again that raised a new complaint. But they don't solve this issue and also not give me a satisfactory reply.my complaint no is..8206442..after that 8207484 and again on 2nd oct 8465726 and after that on 13 oct.020 is 8669640. Continue complain again n again they every time give a answers your problem is under prosses.. Sir for your kind information I have also give 4 months on it...and also give extra intrest charge on last 4 emi s why..? Why? And also I want to knw about ..they reduse only 57000aprx from my outstanding balance and reduce emi not tenure..why??? Even I never complained regarding my emi reduction... because I need reduction of my tenure not emi,and where is my 23000 rs, left from 80000, even I pay regularly EMIS ON time to time. What is this anyone can tell??

Private sector bank near bawal chowk . Staff is good & cooperative. All facilities of banking provide here. No parking available.
