worst experience ever , initially brought vehicle from the sub dealer krishna automobile on 1 dec 2020, but I am still waiting for redressal of my case TVS_gr_08068708 #no follow-up #no resolution #worst dealership Mr. Deepak Singh didn't answer my call, he blocked my number , this is the way you treat customer? Worst service!! They do not even listen you properly and the staff is very misbehaving and rude

Today for the first time I came to this service center for servicing of my TVS Jupiter. I found lounge for male customers very dirty and having mosquitoes. On intimating staff, they made sanitizer spray and not the mosquito repellent spray. Simply mopping was done without cleaning the floor.nnI intimated the matter to office and a lady from office told the staff for cleaning. Now the lounge was cleaned.nnCleanliness of the lounge is required before the customers reach.nnPls look into the matter.
