Very rude staff .. especially the owner lady..i use to visit the parlour whenever i was in kanpur for some function. This time i went for hairstyling and she just started complaining about my hair quality and then pulling my hair, like it's a manequine's hair.. on saying the same she said you have to pay more its difficult to style your hair..as if i was getting it done for the first timeud83dude0fnMadam change your bloody attitude else no customer will entertain it ..they are paying you for the service, not for your attitude. There are better parlours in kanpur.
