Very unprofessional. They don't even have the basic manner of talking to customers. Charged extra Rs. 1500 for the extended video of only 16 minutes. Don't deserve editing from them, they only align the recorded video and add music in it, it's done. You've to take whatever they gives to you, you can't change or modify any scene or design. Where other studio allows to change and modify before delivery. The most pathetic thing is they don't have the manner of talking.
