One of the most oldest school in Malda District that was established in British Era. When some of the Britishian and others educated Indian were trying to improve women's education, at that time this school was established. After that it had been transformation into a government high school day by day. But it very sad that most of the people think, the quality of education is too low here, girls can get proper education from here. But it is totally wrong, I thing. Once upon a time this school had achieved many reputation and I believe, it will have again in future.
