Strength Empire Gym

I've been to a lot of Gyms but now like Strength Empire. 24 hours hardly ever busy no crazy Contracts like commercial gyms. It would hard to find a gym with better equipment, members, or combined knowledge. If you want to Make true progress highly recommend Strength Empire

Awesome strength and conditioning facility. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely not you global gym.

Justin is a great gym owner, the equipment is amazing and the members are really cool people. Just an awesome place to grow stronger.

I was nervous entering a place of amazing athletes being someone who neglected my strength and fitness for too long. It took no convincing from Justin to join and trust him seeing immediately the other members support each other. I have been a member for just 2 months and am amazed at how much stronger I already am, how much better my clothes fit, how my confidence is boosted, how much I feel like I belong. "There she is!" something heard when walking in this gym- the accountability and support of this gym family is second to none. Justin has helped me learn more about not just being strong but getting strong in personal training and wrote an entire program for me to follow on the days I work alone. He is always available and more than willing to coach me in every movement. He has also consulted me in my diet to match my exercise. In the 2 months I have worked with Justin I am down over 30lbs in weight which is a pretty awesome. Since moving to North Carolina joining Strength Empire was the best decision I made.

When I moved to Charlotte I found Strength Empire on Instagram. I was looking for a job and the owner, Justin, actually asked his members if anyone was hiring. What gym owner does that for a total stranger? There are no elitist attitudes at this gym and there are people from every skill level training with a common goal to have fun and get better. The perks are that Justin takes care of his equipment and truly cares about his members. He loves strength sports and is an incredible teacher. I’m always amazed at how well he connects with his clients while he’s coaching. Knowledgeable, kind people and an incredible array of equipment make this gym stand out above any other.
