Horrible! They require masks for all people inside the facility but their employees have their masks on without nose covered! What’s the point??? They don’t comply with the state guidelines but require their members to do that? Also some employees didn’t even say anything when they saw me without a mask on. I guess they just discriminate based on their personal opinion. One certain staff member asked me to leave when I put my mask down while I was on the treadmill because it was hard to breathe. Despite me maintaining 6 ft social distance they said they are cancelling my membership but later I found out that the membership has not been cancelled and I had to call and cancel by phone. The lady on the phone said they gonna charge me for the next month as well even after cancellation!!! Be aware! Complete scam! With the price they charge and all their unfairness and attitude you can easily join a better gym in the area paying same or less!

My account was supposed to been put on hold starting last month. Instead they took out money last month and is still trying to take money out this month. This is terrible I understand everyone needs money during this time but at this point this is stealing. They want answer the phone and you call the manager of the Indian Trail location and they want answer the phone and the mail box is full. I am sick of this mess y’all should really do better.

Frank is the manager up there, if you ever have any issue he is pretty awesome guy and really does a good job. Wish I had those kind of people skills myself

I advise someone employed at Fitness Connection contact me ASAP. You guys are morally and ethically wrong & crazy to charge me $45 for a membership I cancelled 9-10 months ago. Thats 2 months worth of membership lol and I did not approve of this, nor was this communicated to me. Once again, this membership was cancelled via phone and online MONTHS ago. I have not been to this place in over a year. You guys have other people complaining about the same thing, and you dont answer the phone to resolve the issue. I demand an response by today or I will have to involve the BBB and Mr. Phil Howard.

10 bucks a month and 46 bucks once a year...sold! Less than 14 per month all together, vs 25 per month for the local fitness center. Absolute no brainer. I never used the pools or the racquet ball or basketball courts at the other place, so I was paying for what I never used. The equipment here is in every way comparable to the local joint, so why waste money? Best value around!
