The ashram is dedicated to shri Kalu Baba, a hermit who devoted his life for well being of the peoples residing in then remote and seculated area. Currently several devotees visit the ashram for spiritual peace. The villagers of Vadner organise 7 day function, a yearly activity wherein several spiritual speakers are invited for chanting kirtan. This function draws huge crowd from several nearby villages.

In the village of Shindwad on the outskirts of Dindori taluka, this Ashram is situated on the north side of the village. It is like the nature of nature, it is on the ashram, there is a peak of peacock or other party, green is forest, Ashoka and coconut trees and cinnamon, dwarf trees fill the beauty of the magnificent monument. , Mango, chinku, Peru, amla, and also on the surrounding hills are trees and fir trees , Devotees, gramastam and is growing in the ashram office receipts of niyojanamule Wood and is a side ... !!!
