Do not trust out of banking service, even I'am not sure about how good they are with Payments processing inside the bank.nThey sold me a stupid Max life insurance with name of Axis bank and after my detailing it was a just Max Life Insurance, and Manager forced me to invest on the spot.. I am totally disappoint with Axis bank.

Very poor service. The staff is careless and unresponsive. Hides information and keeps on making mistakes and delaying the work.

I had visited last saturday and they made me wait for 2 hours but they could not done their task as they have lack of knowledge about banking service and today I visited to Ramnagar Axis Bank with the same and they resole within 10 minutes as there are excellent staffs.
