Poor/rude responses to emails. Can't find their hours of operation anywhere so I couldn't get my permit to park there. I walked down to the office to find that they were closed at 11AM. Called the office(s) several times with no response. I think they want me to get towed so that I can give them more of my money. The overpriced parking is barely worth it to begin with but the service in the parking office is awful.
