Purdue Parking and Transportation

Email would never work, so don't bother try them. Phone call would be much warmer and nicer than a review, but it would not solve your problem. That is why I gave 2 stars, whoever answers phone is very nice. However, they have zero interest in what you are going through, so try visit there in person.

I was unable to obtain a parking pass for almost 2 months due to Covid-19 not allowing for going to the physical location for an in person application and the fact that despite many emails and phone calls, I was never responded to once until recently. I have had to deal with appealing several citations and even pay one purely due to the fact that they would not sell me a parking pass to a lot that I am eligible for and have had the pass for for the past 2 years.

There is no where to park on this campus and they hand out tickets like they are candy. Also, why can't students park at the co-rec during the day? We are forced to pay for the gym but cannot park there?

Contrary to many reviews here, I am pleased with Purdue Parking services. Although I sent an email that was not answered in a week, I called and was helped by a very friendly employee. My issue was resolved with an even better outcome than I anticipated.

You guys cannot stop being human. During this difficult time, on the one hand the university encourages students to move out, on the other hand you guys send citations to student like my friend who own a car and help others move out. We should help each other during this difficult time, right?
