I visited for replace my HDD. Not happy with the service.They are not reliable for original parts. They are not able to provide any receipt or original bill of the replaced part. While replaced they damaged my touchpad also...They calculate the service charge according to their convenient not actual.nCan't trust store...

Worst store I have ever seen, they are selling duplicate items, even the staff is not using hp accessories and computers, The staff actually fools you while buying they offer no discount and actually we Indians never see bill after buying this is the place we are fooled by them actually they tell us that the bag is free but they add the cost of the same to the bill and they take advantage of our kindness I found the same 8 GB PENDRIVE on amazon of 350 RS. But they are selling it for 691 RS. They are simply making their own profit without providing the services needed

I have purchased battery. Online original battery from dell is showing 3200/-. But HP world billed 3600/- for duplicate ( Combatable) battery. Exorbitant rates.
