Terrible service 😔

Everything was smooth until redelivery, had drop off set for 14th with delivery fee which was fine, problem was monthly storage fee came out on 10th and pods wanted me to pay for the whole month even though it would only be 4 days on top of the redelivery fee, decided to rent a truck and grab my stuff out of the pod at the storage facility, also the pods employee that I spoke with on the phone prior to making decision to pick up myself was very rude, un professional, unknowlegable and un willing to help find a solution to the problem

This is definitely the way to move! With a generous month in which to pack, transport, and then unpack; using PODS to move is a really nifty trick! AND it beats the cost of hiring someone to move you!! Just knowing that you don’t have to do it all in one day was a real blessing. Thanks to our neighbors who used PODS to move, when it came time for us to move I knew that was how I wanted to do it!!

We are very unhappy with the service we have gotten when the truck was delivering the pod. When he showed up, he stated that there was a contract about it had to be on gravel or pavement. That since we wanted it in our yard, which was stated on our contract that it was going to be going in a yard. That there will be an extra 300 or 400 for non-pavement fee. Plus have to pay another fee for wreckers or whatever when if they get stuck. So needless to say we had to cancel. My husband called customer service and talked to them and told them about what we was told and said it would be another 7 to 10 days before we get our refund back.
