Dan was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest. He was always quick to respond to anything I needed. He made this a stress free experience during a very stressful time. I will recommend Indian Grass Storage to anyone I know in need of storage.

Love the location and that the units are clean. New owner in 2018 is doing a lot to update and streamline things. You can even reserve and pay for units online now. Very convenient!

Rented from Sept 18-Nov 21. No mice . No issues. All of our items were as we stored them, when unloaded into our uhaul. Very pleased. Did not charge us a full month for the partial month used. Extremely friendly, thoughtful and caring.

Helpful owner and very quick to respond

I've had my stuff at Indian Grass for close to 5yrs. I'm just now getting it all out. I've had very few problems with the owners. A few misunderstandings, but nothing terrible. The only problem I ran into with any of my stuff is mice. Yup, mice had a field day. I suggest using bins and very secure boxes. I week add that this had nothing to do with the facility. There's nothing they could have done to prevent it. Tiny field mice are sneaky like Mickeys!
