I will refer any family or friend to this storage unit!! I have been beyond impressed with the customer service provided, specifically by Rick. He has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I get the storage unit that was right for us, and he took extra time addressing any concerns we might have. If I am remembering correct, Rick has been with the company for over 10 years, and it absolutely showed. He was thorough, he cared about us as customers and he has provided service that is above anything I would expect from a storage unit facility. Aside from that, our unit was clean when we moved in and is in a great location with reasonable pricing. Rick is for sure someone to keep around!!!

Convenient location and easy to get in and out of with a large moving truck. Staff was great, answered all questions, even one's I didn't think of. :) Check in was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

I rented a space, but wasn't able to move into it right away. Rick, the manager at the location, was SUPER helpful in getting me another space and making the process smooth. I 100% recommend this Storage Mart.
