Renting a storage unit was very efficient, and affordable. Toilynn was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal to also help with my moving expenses. This place has a very clean demeanor and the prices are very reasonable. Call and talk to toilynn he's the assistant manager.

Right now I'm waiting to get back in contact with the young lady who set up my 2 storage units... Although extremely polite I was told when I set up my storage units after signing that insurance was added to my storage units at $12 a month and that it could be taken off once I brought proof of having homeowners insurance that would cover it. I returned yesterday only one day later only to find that the assistant manager told me thank you very much your future rentals will not be charged. I said wonderful how about returning the $ $36 for the other rentals as I paid 2 months on 1 and 1 month on the other. His answer was We cannot refund what is already been taken. To me this sounds like a rip off scheme but I have not had a chance to speak to the manager of the property yet. With that stated I sure hope this is not going to turn in to be a problem. I rented from Indian Trail Harker Heights , TX location. ☆☆6 Dec 20-- Update ☆☆ After a bit of time & Conversations The Manager did refund my unrequired insurance they placed on my units. That stated, I did reccomend they inform new clients of this policy to add insurance to mo. rental PRIOR to signing contracts.

They do their best to help every customer that walks through their doors no matter what they are personally going though

It was an amazing experience i got attended by Toi the assistant manager, he gave me a good explanation and he show me the storage unit, the price was good, i just pay for half of the price for the rest of this month, this was really convenient specially that i'm leaving to deployment and i was able to get the storage unit the same day. Great customer service, I really suggest it and it's fast too.
