very bad experience with a guy named narayan singh...he refused to deliver my parcel inspite of showing my id card proof..nnhe himself called me to reciev my parcel and then he first of all misguide me and then made me stand for 30 min to wait .nnI am going to complain this...

Not much crowd when i went there.nnScope for improvements:n-Weighing machine was out of order (for last one month). I had to weigh my parcel in the nearby grocery store.n- There is very little space for the customers to stand inside the PO.
